The FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Communications Resource Center is an online document management system designed to serve the needs of the FIRST Regional Directors and volunteer network. The Communications Resource Center allows remote access to the documents you need to recruit new sponsors, teams and volunteers, and continue to grow FIRST.
