Get Ready for Inspection
Hey Teams, would you like your robot to be game ready with no surprises at the hardware inspection table? Here are a few tools for you to make sure your robot is in full compliance on the day of your competition.
Download the Hardware Inspection Check list. It's the same that you'll find in the game manual, conveniently separated.
Not sure your robot will fit into that 18" x 18" x 18" sizing box? Here are simple instructions for you to build a sizing box.
You'll be sent back to the pit if your robot doesn't have a proper flag holder. To be certain your design will hold a regulation alliance flag securely during competition, here are instructions on how to make your alliance flags to the exact regulations.
Don't forget to include a Bill of Materials (BOM) for your robot! (See your Game Manual Part 2!)
This list MUST be submitted at inspection.
|Download the Software Inspection Checklist.
Official templates are required! Don't get sent back to the pit to reconfigure your code because you've not used the proper templates. The templates are included with your LabVIEW and ROBOTC software.
Don't forget to check out the training available for LabVIEW and ROBOTC: Programming Resources
Visit the Samantha Resources page and the Field Control System page to get training and the most current software. Practice using the Samantha as much as you can, so you'll be ready to roll when the match begins.
