Don’t Eat the Noodles

Liz, from AndyMark, was helpful enough to remind the community not to eat the churros that came in the AM14U drive base kits last year… even if you find them covered in honey and cinnamon. Still sage advice for this year, by the way.

This season, we want to echo a similar sentiment: please don’t eat the (pool) noodles, even if doused in a fresh pesto sauce or part of a savory chicken soup.

The purpose of your LinkedIn Profile is to sell yourself as a professional; however, everyone understands that you are a high school student, or you are recently out of high school and you do not have huge amounts of professional experience.

Changes to the Standard District Point System

With Recycle Rush now revealed, some District folks may be wondering how the Standard District Point System will change. Clearly, it can’t remain as it is, as two elements of the current system, performance during qualification rounds, and performance during playoff (formerly elimination) rounds are based on Win-Loss-Tie, which is not part of this season’s game until the finals.

It’s Kickoff Daaaaaaaay!

I watched this at least three times, on a day when I have many other higher priority items to attend to.
