FIRST LEGO League Graduates Engineers

After starting a team to teach local fifth-graders about science and engineering with her daughter, Kaylee, FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Coach Marie Bush was inspired to raise the bar on her teaching skills. So she returned to college to take an Introduction to Robotics class. “Things kind of took off from there,” says Marie, and on May 22, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. “The entire reason that I returned to school was to learn more about LEGO MINDSTORMS so I could be a better FLL coach.
