Science and Technology Rock the Georgia Dome at the 2009 FIRST Championship

More than 10,000 students from 28 countries and 532 custom-built robots swarmed Atlanta’s Georgia Dome, April 16-18, to compete at the FIRST Championship, discovering the excitement of science and technology as they engaged in three robotics competitions: the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Championship, FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) World Championship, and FIRST LEGO League (FLL) World Festival.
